All custom sign orders require final artwork approval before production begins.
Production times are estimates and may vary based on workload and material availability.
The customer is responsible for ensuring all signage complies with local zoning laws and regulations.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is required as per the agreed terms on your invoice. Custom orders typically require a deposit before work begins. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of products until full payment is received.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Kaiser Sign Innovations, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, our website or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
